Our product features an eco-friendly, solvent-free formula with low odor and low VOCs, meeting international standards like RoHS and REACH. It purifies air without becoming a pollution source itself. With excellent temperature resistance, flexibility, and long-term tack retention, it securely bonds common filter media including PP, PET, fiberglass, activated carbon fabric, and nonwovens—even under high humidity, high temperature, or airflow impact, preventing delamination or aging.
Widely used in the manufacturing of household and commercial air purifiers, fresh air systems, HVAC filters, HEPA filters, and automotive cabin filters. Supports automated adhesive application and folding processes to help customers improve production efficiency and reduce scrap rates. More importantly, we offer customized adhesive solutions tailored to specific filter structures, airflow resistance requirements, and use cases—such as high initial tack for rapid setting, low misting for enclosed spaces, and flexible formulations for areas subject to repeated bending.
